Over the last few years, I have transitioned from a personal trainer at a local gym to an online coach helping hundreds of vegan women all over the world.
After going vegan cold turkey in 2018, my path has led to coaching women and teaching them how to reclaim their confidence and transform their body and health.
I got started because I felt tired, out of shape, and I struggled with severe asthma. I could hardly look at myself in the mirror, and my clothes weren’t fitting me anymore. I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin and I could feel my health deteriorating. I knew something had to change.
After that experience, I was inspired to create my program to help other vegans reach and sustain real results, without restricting themselves. I wanted to show people that they can achieve their fitness and physique goals on a vegan diet. That’s how Meatless Muscle was born.
